I love my children with all of my heart and I thank the Lord for them on a daily basis.  However, I must admit that I have thought on more than one occasion, Motherhood Whose Idea was This.  

This show was inspired by my two children, Jared (4) and Jordan (2), and the experiences of the many mothers that I interviewed.  The motherhood experience is discussed from all prospectives; from pregnancy to raising children.  My mentor by faith, Tyler Perry, wrote a play Laugh to Keep from Crying.  That is exactly how I feel as a mother sometimes.  This play takes a humorous look at motherhood and allows mothers to view the demands of motherhood from a comedic perspective.

I am especially excited to partner with my mother in this endeavor.  My mother is a phenominal cook and the founder of Sweet "T" Pies Catering.  We have merged our talents together to present our audience with wonderful food and great entertainment.  Our hope is to provide an alternative to the long lines and bad food that mothers are often subjected to on their special day.
